Chatbot for timetables and booking information

With the chatbot, your end customers can easily find trips, retrieve booking links and receive information on lines, timetables and offers. The chatbot automatically accesses all the data stored in your system, including

  • Timetables from all lines
  • Booking information and descriptions from the respective lines
  • Customized texts from your knowledge database

You can also add your own instructions and content to the chatbot so that it fits your business and your customers perfectly.

Activation of the chatbot:

Open the system parameters in the backend.

Select the Functions → Chatbot area.

Activate the chatbot there.

In the same area, add your own instructions to the prompt or add additional information that the chatbot should take into account when answering.

Call and integration:

In the backend:

You can call up the chatbot directly via the "Timetable chatbot" link (bottom right in the timetable area).

On your website:

You can easily integrate the chatbot with the WordPress plugin provided by Travelmanager.

Use the following shortcode:

Replace the account name with your own.

Analyze the chat history:

Under Log → Chatbot you can view and analyze all the conversations you have had. This allows you to quickly recognize which questions are frequently asked or where there is a need for additional information.

Add your own texts and FAQs to your knowledge base so that the chatbot can provide individual answers that perfectly match your offer.
