How to connect your iOS device quickly and securely to the TicketApp:
- First install the Travelmanager Tickyt app directly from the App Store or via a link.
- Now go to the Administration menu item in the Travelmanager and the Mobile devices sub-item.
- To retrieve the QR installation code, click on the Connect new device button at the top of the page.
- Open the app and scan the QR installation code using the Scan now button.
- After successful connection, select the appropriate preconfigured point of sale and the associated fixed user.
- Activate the options Enable ticket sales and Single sales active to use the full range of functions.
- Confirm your settings at the bottom right via Save to complete the setup.
With these steps, your iOS device is optimally prepared for ticket sales.
