Setting up the TicketApp on iOS devices

The TicketApp enables the efficient processing of ticket control and the entry of bookings via the Travelmanager reservation system. This app is available on iPhone, iPad and iPod and can be used in both online and offline mode. An internet connection is not mandatory to fully use the app. All data that you enter with the app is stored locally and later transferred to your account in the Travelmanager software. ### Securing your device To ensure that your device is optimally protected, you should carry out the following steps to secure it: 1. Call up settings 2. Go to Screen Time 3. Enable restrictions - Click on "Restrictions" - Enter the screen time code (xxx) - Check or uncheck "Set restrictions" ### Enable guided access Guided access is a useful feature to secure the device while using the TicketApp. Here are the steps to activate guided access: 1. Start the app and activate the camera once. 2. Select a journey in the menu under "Pax list" and click on the camera icon. 3. Open the "Settings" on your device and go to "Accessibility" > "Guided access". 4. Activate guided access and go to "Code settings". 5. Set a 4-digit code and confirm it. 6. In the TicketApp options, you can set that the device can also be switched off. 7. You can also activate Face ID or Touch ID to end a session in guided access. ### Further notes on using the TicketApp To maximize the efficiency of the app and save energy, note the following points: - Save energy: Deactivate the background services of the Travelmanager app: - Open the settings - Switch to the app and uncheck "Background refresh" - Use WLAN and mobile network in parallel: To ensure the best possible connection, activate WLAN and mobile network: - Go to the settings and activate WLAN - Call up the mobile network and activate "WLAN support" (at the bottom after the apps) By following these instructions, you can ensure that the TicketApp is optimally set up on your iOS device and works smoothly.
