
Setting up the SumUp Cloud Terminal
To set up the SumUp Cloud Terminal successfully, please follow these steps: Go to System in the Travelmanager menu, select Payment methods, then SumUp and click on Cloud Terminal.
Enter the access data from your SumUp account here.
This includes:
SumUp Merchant Code (customer number)
SumUp Secret API Key Developer Tools


Prepare SumUp Solo
Connect the SumUp Solo to the Wi-Fi.
Do not log in to the Solo device, otherwise the API connection will not be available.
SumUp Solo menu
On the home screen, drag down from the top of the screen to access the menu.
Select Connections here.


Select link type
Under the menu item Connections you will find the item API.
Select this.
Activate API connection on Solo
Now click on Connect to display the pairing code.


Pairing Code SumUp Solo
A pairing code is displayed on the Solo device.
Connect Solo Terminal to the Travelmanager backend
Click on the device list in the backend. Here you can add a new device.
Enter the pairing code of your SumUp Solo device here.
Use a unique name so that you can keep track.
Now click on Add device.
The page will reload.


Assign SumUp Solo to a point of sale
You will now see your added device in the device list, please select the corresponding point of sale here.
Activation of the amount transfer
For the payment type card payment, activate that the PHCOM Cash protocol is to be used.
The device is then addressed via the stored point of sale for all sales with payment method card payment (ID: 5).
