Activate the waiting list for fully booked tours

Many of your tours are fully booked? Then you can now activate the waiting list function. Give your customers the option of being notified when places are available for the desired tour Activation: Simply enter a suitable email template under "System" > "Email". Now the customer can register in the waiting list in the Online Booking and as soon as seats become available, the customer will receive an e-mail. Procedure: As soon as a booked ticket is cancelled and exactly the same connection (line and relation) is available again, a notification e-mail is sent. Important: The waiting list only takes effect if the connection that has become free matches the requested connection exactly. Example: If a ticket for route A-C has been canceled, but there is a request for A-B on the waiting list, no automatic notification will be sent.
