Manage credits easily

With our credit cards you can offer a flexible and uncomplicated payment method. These cards are available in cardboard or plastic form and feature a unique QR code. Each code consists of at least 6 characters combining numbers and letters.

By scanning the QR code with a camera, your customers can check the current value of their credit card at any time. This ensures clarity and strengthens customer loyalty.

Setting up voucher credit

To use credit cards effectively, you need to carry out the following steps:

  • Create credit cards with individual QR codes.
  • Store the code in the format: https://IHRACCOUNT/checkvoucher?c=CODE.
  • In the Travelmanager under "Administration", select "Single sale items".
  • Define the item as a voucher credit.
  • Select the option "Free price entry" under "Display".

Top up credit online

You can activate the item for voucher credit in the online store. Customers have the option of entering their existing code and topping up the credit.

The following steps are required:

  • Go to the relevant item in the store.
  • Enter the desired amount.
  • Scan the QR code to confirm.

Top up credit via the TicketApp

The TicketApp offers another way to top up credit directly on site.

  • Select the item in the app.
  • Enter the amount you want to top up.
  • Scan the QR code to complete the transaction.
