Booking software

KassenSichV

In order to meet the requirements of the KassenSichV (KassenSichV), the Technical Security Device (TSE) is now mandatory for all electronic cash register systems. The KassenSichV specifies the technical standards that electronic cash register systems must meet in order to ensure that all transactions are recorded in a tamper-proof manner. This is a crucial step in combating tax evasion and ensuring the integrity of sales data.

The Travelmanager booking software uses Fiskaly's Cloud TSE, which is fully certified by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). This solution allows you to process all booking data securely in the cloud and print the legally required TSE signature data on your receipts.

Process of the Technical Security Establishment (TSE):

1. When a booking is created, the booking data is transmitted to the cloud TSE.

2. The travel manager receives the TSE signature data.

3. This signature data is printed on your receipts to ensure traceability.

What happens in the event of an internet outage?

In the event of a temporary internet connection failure, the cash register may continue to operate. However, it is important that the taxpayer rectifies the fault immediately so that the requirements of Section 146a of the Fiscal Code can be met again as quickly as possible. During the fault, the receipts are marked accordingly with the note "TSE down".

Set-up procedure

To activate the TSE in your Travelmanager, please provide us with your tax number, VAT ID and W-IdNr. as well as your current company address.

PHCOM will then set up a KassenSichV account for you in the cloud, which will be linked to your Travelmanager installation.

Please indicate where the TSE data should be listed on your receipt. We will adjust your receipt accordingly.
