Define tax codes for accounting

In the System section under System parameters you can enter the tax codes in the VAT tab. Here you have the option of defining specific codes for your accounting that are important for the correct processing of VAT. Make sure that the codes comply with the current legal requirements.

Select the appropriate tax code from the list.
Enter the required information in the fields provided.
Save the changes to ensure that the new tax codes are used in your export files.

Activation of the tax codes for accounting

To activate the tax codes in your accounting, navigate to Statistics and then to Accounting. There you will find the settings in which you can activate the tax codes.

Activate the corresponding tax codes that you have previously entered.
Check the settings to make sure that everything is configured correctly.
The activated tax codes will then be visible in the export files and can be used for your accounting processes.
