Define article categories

To use retail items in the Travelmanager software, you must first define the various categories. To do this, go to System > System parameters > Article > Category. Here you can create the required categories that you want to use later for your articles.

Once the categories have been defined, you can create new articles under Administration > Sale articles. Assign the articles to the previously created categories. You have various setting options to determine whether the article should be bookable in the TicketApp or only available for certain lines. The options are self-explanatory. Define prices for retail items

When you edit an article, you will find the menu item Charter prices. Here you can specify from which station which ship costs how much. This is particularly useful for fare articles. When you create a new charter trip and select this item, the system automatically takes into account which ship departs from which station. If different prices are stored for this ship and this station, the standard price will be overwritten.


Charter mask

The charter mask allows you to manage the relevant information for the charter trip. Make sure that all items and prices are set correctly to ensure a smooth process.
