

Create price type
To create new price types, go to System > System parameters > Customers > Price type. Here you can define your desired price types.
Add price type to line
Once you have created the price types, you can add them to your line in the line management. To do this, go to the More settings tab in the line and open your price type.


Further settings for the price type
Here you can enter the quotas for each price type individually. Define the number of tickets available for the corresponding relations.
Set quotas
You can define quotas for different relations. For example: 5 tickets for the relation from A to B and 10 tickets for the relation from B to C.


Select trip in the booking mask
Select the desired outward journey in the booking mask to generate the relation code.
Call up URL preview
Click on URL Preview at the bottom left to get the relation code for the selected relation.


Read out relation code
The relation code is displayed in the URL preview. You can use it for the quotas.
Insert relation code in quotas
Store the relation code read out in your price types in the line management.


Define period for quotas
Define whether the quotas apply for a specific day or for a period of time. Example: 5 tickets on 20.01.2023 or 5 tickets per day from 21.01.2023 to 31.01.2023.
View of the booking mask
In the booking screen, the availability of the tickets is displayed according to your settings.
