A partial cancellation allows you to cancel the return journey while the outward journey remains valid.
The procedure for activating the partial cancelation is as follows:
- Available in the backend
- Please contact Travelmanager Support for activation
- Set up individual sales items for partial cancellations
- Set up the partial cancellation article in the line management in the Accounting tab
- Call up the process in the line management
- Click on Partial cancellation
- Enter the amount to be refunded under "Partial cancellation amount"
These steps allow you to cancel a return trip quickly and efficiently.
