This is how we start your project - step by step and customized:
- Kick-off & project planning: Coordination on schedule, goals, responsibilities and framework conditions - the basis for a successful launch.
- System setup: Setup of your Travelmanager account including routes, trips, pricing logic, booking rules, payment methods and role rights - individually configured for your company.
- Data transfer (optional): Import of existing data such as timetables, customer or booking data - if possible and desired.
2. Test phase, training & going live
- Test & fine-tuning: System check in test mode: we go through your processes together and optimize the settings if necessary.
- Training: Practical online training for you and your team - clear, understandable and tailored to your specific use case.
- Live walk: Joint launch of the system in live operation - with active support from our team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Data transfer & system changeover
*Switching to Travelmanager does not mean that you have to start from scratch
We assist you with the transfer of existing data - for example, timetables, stops, fares or ticket layouts. We can also easily import master data from previous systems or Excel lists in many cases.
This saves you time, avoids duplicate entries and gets you up and running more quickly.
